WHO WE ARE
The mission of the Fitness Program is to develop dynamic disciples and community members with exercise, wellness tips, nutrition, prayer, and conduct workshops and other ministry events.
We provide a full array of exercise classes that our temples require (endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility). Examples include cardio and chair aerobics, cardio weights, high intensity interval training, line dancing, Jamakin Me Move, Pilates, stability ball, walking (Spiritual Walkers), yoga, and Zoomba. Other wellness training is also incorporated.
Keep families faithfully fit and spiritually strong!
Meeting Days/Times:
Mondays and Thursdays @ 7 p.m.
Zoomba on Wednesdays @ 6 p.m., (on-site and virtual)
Spiritual Walkers on Saturdays @ 7:30 a.m., Family Life Center
